Movate is seeking a Support Agent - Voice Process to join our team. As a Support Agent - Voice Process, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from our clients and resolving technical issues in a timely and professional manner.

You will work closely with our team to ensure that our customers receive the best possible support experience and that all technical issues are resolved efficiently. To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as basic technical knowledge of routers, modems, IP addresses, and troubleshooting steps.

As a Support Agent - Voice Process, you will be required to work in a rotational night shift and be flexible to handle international calls. You will also be expected to maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion when dealing with sensitive customer information.
