Our Cell Maintenance department at Fabcity is seeking experienced Senior Engineers with 5+ years of expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high-quality production output while adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Prior experience in solar cell manufacturing or the chemical industry is highly advantageous.
  • Initiate projects aimed at enhancing yield, reducing costs, and optimizing production processes.
  • Efficiently handle engineering changes, production trials, model changes, and pilot builds.
  • possess strong mathematical, technical, and basic computer skills.
  • Develop and enforce quality control measures to ensure products meet desired standards and internal/external audit requirements.
  • Be adaptable and capable of handling multiple projects or tasks simultaneously.
  • Understand cell manufacturing procedures and contribute to developing SOPs, operating instructions, and documentation standards.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills and effectively guide or lead team members.
  • Maintain safe work practices, comply with chemical/gas safety protocols, clean room protocols, ISO standards, and environmental regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering.
