We are seeking an experienced Medical Coding leader to drive our team's success in Noida.

This role involves overseeing daily operations, managing large teams, and ensuring high-quality work. The ideal candidate will have over 17 years of experience in medical coding, a proven track record of team management, and strong leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of coding unit operations, including workload, staffing, hiring, training, and quality monitoring.
  • Development of long-term and short-term goals, objectives, plans, and programs for the coding unit.
  • Evaluation of innovations and changes in programs, policies, and procedures for the coding unit.
  • Design and implementation of systems and methods to improve data accessibility and identify, assess, and resolve problems.
  • Leadership of coding compliance program development and coordination of educational and training programs.
  • Dissemination of regulatory, policy, and guideline changes to staff.
  • Coding audit efforts and monitoring of coding accuracy and documentation adequacy.
  • Reporting non-compliance issues and results of follow-up audits.
  • Trend analysis to identify patterns and variations in coding practices.
  • Review of claim denials and rejections pertaining to coding and medical necessity issues.
