Duties and responsibilities:

  • Our primary objective is to maintain the highest standards of preventive maintenance programs at client sites, ensuring energy conservation practices are upheld.
  • We strive for timely closure of work orders through corrigo, prioritizing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • The successful candidate will manage M&E scope of projects, guaranteeing quality and deliverables within stipulated timeframes.
  • Achieving Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements targets is essential to our success.
  • We establish contacts with local authorities and landlords on facility-related issues, maintaining a strong relationship.
  • Responsible for all legal and regulatory compliances pertaining to facilities and engineering systems.
  • We review maintenance/service practices of M&E Contractors, adhering to manufacturer recommendations.
  • Plan and take responsibility for smooth operations of mechanical, electrical, plumbing installations, and civil works related to the facility.
  • We plan critical spares lists for all installations as per manufacturers' recommendations and inventory management.
  • Development of maintenance-related schedules and shutdowns in consultation with clients/OEMs is crucial.
  • We periodically inspect logbooks, checklists, and PPM schedules for better engineering system management.
  • Working towards zero downtime and establishing seamless service delivery to clients is a top priority.
  • We ensure landlords' compliance with statutory obligations such as CEIG, Fire, Lift, Explosives, and stability certificates.
  • Leading implementation of Sustainability/HSSE initiatives at the site is essential.
  • Assisting in risk assessment and closure of open points is also part of the role.
  • Incident management and training vendors/site teams in EHS/HSSE requirements are critical tasks.
  • We conduct annual shutdown activity programs with the site team and participate in IST programs for new projects.
  • Maintaining tools, tackles, and attic stocks (electrical, plumbing, etc.) is a key responsibility.
  • We track and close statutory compliance in a timely manner.

Key skills required for this position include:

  • Bachelor's or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
  • Contract administration experience of 3-5 years or more is necessary
  • Excellent people skills and ability to interact with a wide range of client staff and demands
