Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the delivery of GenAI integration initiatives within enterprise applications. This role is ideal for experienced professionals who have successfully implemented GenAI solutions into production environments.

 

About the Role:
  • Lead end-to-end execution of GenAI/LLM initiatives, ensuring live deployment into enterprise systems.
  • Deliver use cases such as RAG-based search, AI assistants, and workflow automation within enterprise systems.
  • Manage large-scale application portfolios across functions, including SAP, Oracle, and Azure Data Lakes.
  • Collaborate with engineering, data, and architecture teams to integrate AI into core business platforms.
  • Oversee stakeholder governance, change enablement, and enterprise-wide adoption.

 

Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise program management, specifically in ERP, supply chain, master data, and data platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering at least one GenAI/LLM solution into production in an enterprise setting.
  • Strong understanding of GenAI system architecture, including RAG, embeddings, vector DBs, and Langchain or equivalent.
  • Proven leadership working across business, data, engineering, and platform teams.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder alignment, and governance skills.
