Senior AEM Author Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior AEM Content Manager to join our team. This is a key opportunity for a seasoned professional looking to leverage their expertise in AEM authoring, Digital Asset Management (DAM), and Search Engine Optimization (SEO).

Main Responsibilities:

  • Achieve exceptional results in managing AEM authoring tasks, including content creation, updates, and optimizations.
  • Maintain DAM for efficient asset management.
  • Implement SEO best practices in content structure and metadata.
  • Perform Quality Assurance on web pages, ensuring content is accurate, error-free, and meets business requirements.
  • Create and maintain testing checklists for QA purposes and ensure consistent quality of web pages.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, comprising development, design, and marketing, to execute content changes.
  • Utilize AEM components, templates, and workflows to support content management processes.
  • Audit content regularly for compliance with SEO guidelines and performance metrics.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather content requirements and prioritize projects effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as an AEM Author or similar role.
  • Expertise in AEM (6.4 or higher), including authoring, taxonomy, and DAM management.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and implementation within AEM.
  • Proven experience in QA of web pages, with the ability to create and maintain testing checklists.
  • Familiarity with Content Fragments / Experience Fragments.
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS for content management and web design purposes.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in managing web content and assets.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • AEM Cloud and content migration process knowledge.
