Job Description

The role involves designing and developing automation solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strong knowledge of automation technologies and trends in the industry.
  • Gain experience in North American Standards.
  • Combine technical expertise, creativity, and problem-solving skills to design and deliver high-quality mechanical solutions.
  • Work on automated machineries design with a strong focus on robotic applications, advance machine kinematics, servo drive motors, etc.
  • Experience material handling systems like conveyor, Pallets, AMR, AGV, and other material transfer systems.
  • Hands-on work experience on SPM, Jigs, fixtures, and custom machine building.
  • Good understanding of pneumatics, electrical actuators, and its applications.
  • Strong knowledge in GD&T, Design for manufacturability (DFM), and Design for assembly (DFA) principles.
  • Able to design and integrate vision inspection and calibrations systems in automation process.
  • Able to demonstrate and review the designs efficiently with a customer-centric approach.
  • Have in-depth Knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, grades, coatings, and properties.
  • Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations, ISO, ANSI, ASME.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools will be an added advantage.
