Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead and orchestrate the delivery of mission-critical programs for our digital health platform, serving both consumer and enterprise segments.

This role is not just about managing timelines - it's about creating clarity out of complexity, restoring collaboration between business and technology, and delivering value through highly visible initiatives.

You will be the force that translates strategy into execution, ensuring our vision is delivered with agility, accountability, and alignment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Delivery & Execution Leadership:
    • Own the end-to-end delivery of complex programs from initiation through launch and post-launch analysis.
    • Break down strategies into executable delivery plans, timelines, and milestones.
    • Coordinate across agile teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
    • Identify blockers early, mitigate risks, and course-correct as needed.
  • Bridge Between Business, Product, Design & Tech:
    • Act as the single point of clarity across all stakeholders.
    • Ensure business goals are translated into clear functional requirements.
    • Partner with teams to ensure delivery aligns with product intent and user experience goals.
  • Roadmap, Governance & Stakeholder Reporting:
    • Own the program roadmap - including scope planning and release sequencing.
    • Present progress, risks, and plans to leadership in structured formats.
    • Drive high-quality executive updates.
  • Cross-Functional Cadence & Rhythm:
    • Establish consistent agile ceremonies and program-level rituals.
    • Proactively manage escalations and align on delivery expectations.
