Job Title: Growth Specialist

About the Role

The Growth Specialist will drive end-to-end program management for strategic initiatives, ensuring seamless execution from ideation to delivery. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to juggle multiple projects under tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute growth strategies to drive business expansion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities for partnerships and collaborations, and support their execution and integration into ongoing projects.
  • Conduct research, analyze data, and generate insights to support leadership in strategic decision-making.
  • Develop creative growth initiatives (scholarships, hackathons, referral alliances, joint programs).
  • Take ownership of special projects that require experimentation, process-building, and execution at scale.
  • Create and monitor project plans, KPIs, and performance dashboards to track progress and impact.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of experience in consulting, program management, strategy, or a high-growth startup environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure problems and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfort with ambiguity, with a bias towards action and learning by doing.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple projects and drive outcomes under tight timelines.
