
Chief People Officer

We are a rapidly growing financial services organization focused on delivering customized investment solutions to high net worth individuals and ultra-high net worth individuals. Our offerings span across equity, mutual funds, portfolio management services, alternative investment funds, structured products, and other wealth management instruments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding).
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
- Conduct employee induction and ensure smooth joining formalities.
- Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives.
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievance handling.
- Promote a positive work culture aligned with company values.
- Support implementation of performance appraisal systems.
- Track KPIs and assist managers in goal setting and reviews.
- Maintain employee records in HRMS.
- Handle attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Identify training needs in consultation with managers.
- Coordinate and track employee learning initiatives.
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and HRMS systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
