Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute high-volume clinician/clinic communications via approved channels, adhering to strict templates and confidentiality protocols.
  • Maintain accurate records, ensuring proper titles (Dr vs Clinic), deduplication, validation of organizational details, and management of Do-Not-Contact lists.
  • Triage inbound responses using predefined canned flows and update trackers accordingly.
  • Perform end-of-day quality assurance checks, including counts, exceptions, and variance notes.
  • Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) at all times, escalating any exceptions immediately while prioritizing confidentiality.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

This role requires 0–2 years of experience in medical scribe / hospital admin / pharmacy back-office / RCM / insurance back-office / medical transcription / clinic coordinator roles or equivalent background.

Strong written UK English skills and comfort with repetitive tasks; zero improvisation allowed.

Familiarity with basic Google Sheets/Docs and EMR/EHR/HIMS systems is a plus.

A strong commitment to confidentiality, prioritizing patient health information awareness and accuracy over speed.
