Job Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inventory planning and data administration for National Service Centre. This role involves coordinating with procurement teams, regions, and other stakeholders to ensure timely demand planning and efficient inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory planning and coordination
  • Weekly distribution resource planning (DRP) and material resource planning (MRP) processes
  • Forecasting and safety stock analysis of spare parts
  • Supply chain management and procurement
  • Manufacturing data preparation for contracts
  • Item part master creation in the system (JDE)
  • Parameter updation of spare parts in the system (JDE)
  • Communicating with procurement teams for spare purchases
  • Closely coordinating with regions on contract ordering data (COD)
  • Sales order changes based on item master changes
  • Excess and obsolete inventory analysis
  • Daily review of shutdown and urgent orders with procurement teams
