Job Title: Inventory Planning Specialist

Job Summary:

Otis is seeking an experienced Inventory Planning Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory management and data analysis, with the ability to coordinate with procurement teams and regions to ensure timely demand planning and inventory stocking.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective inventory planning strategies to meet customer demands
  • Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure accurate and timely ordering of spare parts
  • Analyze and interpret data to inform inventory management decisions
  • Communicate with regions to coordinate inventory management and resolve any issues
  • Review and analyze inventory levels to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records
  • Closely coordinate with the procurement team to ensure accurate and timely ordering of spare parts

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory management or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in data analysis and inventory management software
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
