We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our strategic initiatives. This high-visibility role will entail prioritizing, planning, and executing complex projects that drive business growth.

This position requires a strong strategist with exceptional project management skills who can manage cross-functional teams, secure partnerships, and ensure timely execution.

  • Prioritize initiatives based on impact, ROI, and strategic value.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive 36-month roadmap (0–12m, 12–24m, 24–36m).
  • Monitor progress, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and vendors to execute initiatives.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and KPIs to achieve strategic objectives.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in program management, strategic initiatives, or operations, ideally in AI, technology policy, or global nonprofits.
  • Proven track record in managing multi-million-dollar programs and complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of AI, governance, and emerging technologies.
  • Exceptional project management skills with ability to juggle multiple initiatives.
  • Experience working with corporate sponsors, government partners, or international organizations.
