About the Job:

As a seasoned expert in Oracle Project Accounting, you will serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for our clients within Oracle EBS R12. Your role will be to provide expert guidance throughout the implementation lifecycle.

You will lead workshops and meetings with clients to gather and analyze business requirements related to Project Accounting, design and propose effective solutions that align with their needs, and collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth integration and support.

Your key responsibilities will include identifying, analyzing, and resolving complex functional issues related to Project Accounting modules, engaging stakeholders across all levels with clear communication, and conducting thorough testing and validation to ensure solutions meet quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle EBS R12 implementation with a strong focus on Project Accounting, proven expertise as a functional consultant or SME in Oracle Project Accounting, and experience in conducting requirement workshops, gap analysis, and solution design.

In addition, you will possess excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and deliver projects efficiently.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle EBS R12 implementation
  • Proven expertise as a functional consultant or SME in Oracle Project Accounting
  • Experience in conducting requirement workshops, gap analysis, and solution design
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
