Project Manager - Finishing Expert

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee and manage the finishing stages of high-rise projects. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of finishing materials, techniques, and equipment, as well as exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Leading and managing all aspects of the finishing process for single, high-profile projects.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for internal teams, contractors, and clients.
  • Overseeing project timelines, quality control to ensure successful delivery.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of hands-on experience in the finishing industry and a proven track record in managing large-scale, high-quality projects from start to finish.

  1. Key Qualifications:
  2. A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  4. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high level of attention to detail.

Job Requirements:
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating with design, production, and construction teams to meet project objectives. You will also be expected to lead and manage a team of finishing specialists and workers to ensure high-quality finishing standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
