As a Student Ambassador, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational journey of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute targeted strategies to convert qualified leads into paid customers, ensuring seamless onboarding and support throughout their educational experience.
  • Collaborate closely with operations to coordinate handoffs, timelines, and milestones, ensuring timely completion of visa-related tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records and activity logging within CRM software, utilizing pipeline hygiene and segments/views to optimize sales performance.
  • Pursue outbound partnerships with schools, counselors, influencers, and ambassadors to generate referrals and co-marketing opportunities.
  • Deliver clear explanations of pathways, timelines, and expectations, addressing objections related to fees, fit, and safety.
  • Meet or exceed monthly conversion and collection goals, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Present weekly dashboards showcasing response times, contact attempts, show-up rates, conversion rates, and revenue collected, fostering data-driven decision-making.
  • Engage only consented leads, maintaining accurate and complete records.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 3–6+ years of experience in study-abroad/education services sales for the Indian market with consistent conversions.
  • Demonstrated success in closing paid enrollments and meeting monthly targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, preferably Intercom, with additional skills in HubSpot/Zoho/Salesforce a plus.
  • Technical aptitude with Google Workspace, WhatsApp Business, basic GA4/Clarity awareness, spreadsheets, and comfort with call recording/QA.
  • Strong English and Hindi communication skills, with additional Indian languages being a plus.
  • Data-driven mindset with command of funnel math (attempts, connects, show-ups, close rate, collection rate).
