Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as an Associate in the Senior Country Business Manager Office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute new business strategies, ensuring alignment of business and support functions (Finance, Technology, Operations, Legal, Compliance).
  • Optimize bottom-line performance by driving key initiatives and KPIs.
  • Identify, escalate, and mitigate business risks that could impair our ability to operate effectively.
  • Analyze financial performance, including expenses, and identify productivity initiatives to drive implementation.
  • Partner with the Business, Operations, and Technology teams to define future workflows and implement related technology and projects.
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to develop location-driven strategies.
  • Maintain operational strategies and ensure smooth operation of all businesses and infrastructure functions.
  • Communicate business strategy, performance, and priorities to stakeholders.
  • Prepare documents and materials for senior management meetings.
  • Enhance the client experience through local LOBs, such as improving onboarding and resolving cross-business client service issues promptly.
  • Work closely with other functions to deliver exceptional results to clients and stakeholders.
