Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Airfield Systems and excellent communication skills.

  • Arrange spares and consumables as per contract requirements.
  • Interact with internal teams for billing, engineering, and sourcing.
  • Prepare and maintain preventative maintenance records.
  • Participate actively in operations and DGCA inspections.
  • Coordinate training sessions for stockholders.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing subcontract teams, billing, and payment follow-ups with clients. They will also develop maintenance plans, implement test plans, and provide service support for complex AGL Systems.

This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage day-to-day operations while ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Service Engineers.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with Service Level Agreement (SLA), Order To Cash (OTC), and Other Terms & Conditions (OTC).
  • Handle employee, customer, or operational issues efficiently.
  • Identify skill gaps and create development plans for team members.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of AGL Field and CMS Systems.
  • CAT III AGL System experience desirable.
  • Achieve monthly targets for Order Booking, Revenue, and Collection.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to handle a team of Engineers on HAIL/ Subcontract payroll.
  • Team player with effective communication skills, customer-facing abilities, result-oriented, and hardworking.
