Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented developer with expertise in Next.js to fill this role.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in software development, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Develop high-quality user interfaces using Next.js with a focus on performance and scalability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement features that meet the needs of our users.
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver high-quality results on time.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve team quality.
Key Responsibilities

This role requires a developer who can work closely with designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver responsive and performant user interfaces.

  • Build reusable components and front-end libraries that scale with our growing application.
  • Translate UI/UX designs into clean, maintainable code with attention to detail.
  • Ensure application security meets startup standards.
  • Write comprehensive unit tests to maintain code quality.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The following skills and qualifications are required for this role:

  • 1-2 years of professional frontend development experience with demonstrable Next.js expertise.
  • Strong proficiency with React.js fundamentals and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API, Zustand, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
  • Hands-on experience working with RESTful APIs and data fetching patterns.
  • Proficiency with version control using Git and collaborative development workflows.
  • Experience with frontend build tools and modern development workflows.
Preferred Qualifications

The following skills and qualifications are preferred but not required:

  • Experience with TypeScript for type-safe development.
  • Proficiency with Tailwind CSS for rapid, consistent styling.
  • Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright).
  • Experience with performance optimization and web vitals.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design.
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles and Next.js optimization features.
