Job Title: Senior Hospitality Manager

About This Role

The Housekeeping Supervisor is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the housekeeping department. As a key member of the hotel team, you will be accountable for delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high levels of service standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supports the delivery of exceptional guest experiences through proactive engagement and timely resolution of guest enquiries and issues.
  • Works collaboratively with the housekeeping team to achieve targets and objectives, fostering a culture of growth and performance.
  • Supervises the housekeeping team, ensuring that costs and inventory are controlled, and productivity and performance levels are attained.
  • Builds and maintains effective working relationships with all key stakeholders, including guests, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Takes ownership of departmental programmes that advance service standards, profitability, and cost control.
  • Ensures adherence to all relevant legislation, performing due diligence and best practice activities as required.
Requirements:
  • Experience in housekeeping or a related field.
  • Strong supervisory and managerial skills, with a hands-on approach and lead-by-example work style.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service and a passion for the hospitality industry.
  • Ability to find creative solutions and demonstrate proven problem-solving capabilities.
  • Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence, time, and energy.
  • Experience of working with IT systems on various platforms.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
