Software Quality Assurance Lead

We are seeking a Software Quality Assurance Lead with excellent expertise in designing and executing end-to-end test strategies for critical business initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AI-powered testing and analysis tools, as well as a deep understanding of secure software development and automated security testing practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proven leadership in designing and executing test strategies for large-scale, complex projects.
  • Expertise in test automation frameworks and integrating them into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-powered testing and analysis tools.
  • Deep understanding of secure software development and automated security testing practices.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, DevSecOps, and AI-driven methodologies.

Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
  • 10+ years' experience in software quality engineering, including large-scale, complex projects.
  • ISTQB Advanced or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Experience with cloud platforms and microservices architectures is highly desirable.
