Job Title: Demand Planning Specialist

Description:

This role involves strategic planning of demand across channels and categories, working in tandem with supply plans to achieve top-line growth and maintain trade margins.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Plan channel and category level inputs based on sales trends and margin requirements.
  • Ensure the achievement of daily targets at all channels.
  • Maintain Return on Sale (ROS) for rebuy styles.
  • Act on input changes based on visibility funnels.
  • Collaborate with channel partners to review actual vs plan performance.
  • Develop and execute discounting strategies during events.
