We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technology and Data Science Leader to oversee our India operations. This is an exceptional opportunity to leverage your expertise in software engineering, data science, and team management to drive business growth and innovation.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams of software engineers, data scientists, and technical staff to develop AI-enabled health analytics and risk management solutions.
  • Develop and manage full-stack software solutions for health risk, clinical summarization, and health equity analytics.
  • Build internal service tools and platforms that process healthcare datasets, EHRs, claims, and care management data.
  • Implement project management tools and processes to optimize team performance and results.
  • Promote continuous innovation and out-of-the-box thinking within the team.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in running and leading distributed teams and managing team building, coaching, and mentoring.
  • At least 10+ years of software engineering experience with product maintenance and operation.
  • At least 5+ years of hands-on experience with cloud computing, data processing, and data science.
  • Strong leadership skills and excellent communication abilities in English and Hindi.

Required Skills:

  • Executive presence and ability to interface effectively with global leadership.
  • Degree in computer science, math, statistics, or another engineering field.
  • Strong software security focus and mindset, experience with security certifications.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experience working with healthcare data and/or in the healthcare domain.
