Financial Document Specialist

We are seeking a diligent and analytical individual to work as an Article Assistant on overseas companies in various functions.
Key Responsibilities- Audit, Accounting & Financial Reporting: Assist in audits by preparing documentation, testing transactions, and drafting financial statements and schedules of an overseas Group.
- Taxation & Compliance: Support preparation of tax filings and compliance documentation.
- Research & Standards Interpretation: Stay updated on accounting principles, auditing standards, and regulatory changes.
- Education: Pursuing or completed degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance-or equivalent qualification.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with accounting principles (GAAP, IFRS), and comfort with Excel and tools like Tally, SAP or QuickBooks.
- Soft Skills: Analytical mindset, attention to detail, good communication and teamwork skills, time management.
