Your Responsibilities:

As a Product Supply Manager, you will gain insights into P&G's globally recognized technologies and standards. We are committed to fostering your development through hands-on experience, mentorship, and training.

You may find yourself engaged in one of the following areas:

Supply Chain Planning:

Strategizing and executing supply chain initiatives to ensure timely production and distribution of products to our consumers, clients, and distribution partners. Leading a team of planners focused on Raw/Packed Materials and Finished Goods, overseeing forecasting and planning for manufacturing operations within a plant or category. Spearheading cost-saving initiatives and supply chain redesign projects aimed at optimizing inventory. Coordinating distribution requirements for finished goods across various plants, distribution centers, and logistics partners. Striving to reduce physical distribution costs while enhancing service levels.

Qualifications:

Recent graduates in engineering disciplines such as Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Mechatronics, or any relevant engineering field; or an MBA with 0 – 2 years of demonstrated experience. In addition to proficiency in English, we seek candidates with skills in technical curiosity, creativity, innovation, initiative, communication, leadership, and teamwork.
