Your Responsibilities:

As a Product Supply Manager, you will explore P&G's globally recognized technologies and standards. We are committed to helping you develop your skills through hands-on experience, mentorship, and training.

You may be assigned to one of the following areas:

Supply Chain Planning:

Strategizing and executing supply chain plans to ensure timely production and distribution of products to our consumers, customers, and distribution partners. Leading a team of planners for Raw/Packed Materials and Finished Goods, overseeing forecasting and planning for manufacturing operations within a plant or category. Spearheading cost-saving initiatives and redesigning supply chain processes to optimize inventory management. Coordinating distribution requirements for finished goods across various plants, distribution centers, and logistics partners. Minimizing physical distribution costs while enhancing service levels.

Job Qualifications:

Recent graduates in engineering disciplines such as Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Mechatronics, or any relevant engineering field; or an MBA degree with 0 – 2 years of relevant experience. In addition to proficiency in English, we seek individuals with skills in technical curiosity, creativity, innovation, initiative, communication, leadership, and teamwork.
