Sustaining Engineer Trainer Role

We seek an experienced Sustaining Engineer Trainer with 10+ years of hands-on experience supporting products through their lifecycle, implementing design changes and driving product reliability initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sustaining engineering principles and practices, as well as excellent training and mentoring skills.

  • Train and mentor engineering teams on sustaining engineering principles.
  • Support product lifecycle management from launch to end-of-life.
  • Guide teams in implementing design changes and product modifications efficiently.
  • Lead CAPA investigations, ensuring corrective actions are properly executed.
  • Conduct detailed root cause analysis to identify recurring issues.
  • Promote reliability improvement initiatives and preventive maintenance strategies.
  • Ensure accurate and compliant documentation according to industry standards (ISO, FDA).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process improvements.
