We're seeking a skilled Backend Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Go or Rust and a passion for low-level protocol work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Owning the development of event decoders for major DeFi protocols.
  • Building data extractors that convert on-chain events into structured trade data.
  • Implementing logic to calculate trade prices, including swap routing, liquidity pool math, and price inference.
  • Collaborating with data and infra teams to create efficient and scalable data ingestion pipelines.
  • Optimizing performance and accuracy of pricing models.
  • Writing clean, well-tested, and efficient backend code in Go or Rust.
Requirements
  • 2–5+ years of backend development experience in Go or Rust.
  • A strong understanding of Ethereum smart contract ABI decoding and event logs.
  • Experience working with DeFi protocols, particularly AMM math.
  • Familiarity with EVM-based chains and Ethereum node infrastructure.
  • Experience building data extraction or indexing tools.
  • The ability to work independently and own complex backend systems from design to deployment.
Nice to Have
  • Experience working directly with blockchain nodes or building custom RPC-based services.
  • Familiarity with price oracles and on-chain data feeds.
  • Exposure to Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Contributions to DeFi or crypto open-source projects.
