Senior SEO Manager


About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior SEO Manager with extensive experience in BFSI to drive and execute advanced strategies.

The ideal candidate will bring expertise in search engine optimization, analytics, and BFSI compliance while delivering measurable growth and visibility for BFSI clients.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing holistic strategies tailored for BFSI clients
  • Conducting in-depth research and identifying growth opportunities within BFSI
  • Optimizing websites, landing pages, blogs, and digital assets for maximum performance
  • Leading technical audits and collaborating with developers for fixes and improvements
  • Building and executing link-building & guest posting strategies within the BFSI ecosystem
  • Performing competitive benchmarking and industry analysis to stay ahead of trends
  • Tracking and analyzing performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
  • Collaborating with content, paid media, and social media teams to ensure synergy in campaigns
  • Staying updated with algorithms, regulations, and compliance requirements
  • Mentoring, training, and guiding the SEO team while managing multiple projects simultaneously

Requirements include:

  • 7–10 years of experience in SEO, with minimum 3+ years handling BFSI projects
  • Strong expertise in technical SEO, on-page, off-page, and content optimization strategies
  • Proficiency in analytics tools: Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog
  • Proven experience in content strategy, guest posting, and outreach campaigns within BFSI
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment and manage client portfolios
