Regional HR Leader Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional HR Leader to spearhead human resources operations across multiple locations. This role requires expertise in strategic HR, employee engagement, talent management, and compliance.

The ideal candidate will play a critical role in building strong teams, ensuring smooth HR processes, and aligning people practices with our company's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies and programs aligned with business goals.
  • Guide management and teams on best-in-class HR practices.
  • Act as a strategic partner to leadership for workforce planning and organizational development.
Job Requirements:
  • Lead regional hiring efforts to attract top talent across roles.
  • Oversee onboarding programs to ensure seamless integration of new employees.
  • Build and manage career development frameworks, including training and mentorship initiatives.
Employee Engagement & Relations:
  • Foster a positive workplace culture that encourages collaboration and inclusion.

Compliance & HR Operations:
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment standards in all regions.

  • Maintain accurate HR documentation and employee records.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in HR management (regional or multi-location preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
  • Hands-on expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
