Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Lead/Manager to oversee the development of our stablecoin payments initiative.

  • Lead the design and implementation of backend systems for web and mobile applications.
  • Design and scale infrastructure to support payments and settlements.
  • Develop solid, reliable infrastructure on top of fragmented provider APIs across markets.
  • Lead technical discussions and own architecture for integrations and scaling.
  • Mentor and manage a small engineering team across infra + app layers.
  • Ensure security, scalability, and regulatory readiness in architecture.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of backend engineering experience.
  • Strong expertise in TypeScript/Node.js and API design.
  • Background in fintech or payments is highly desirable.
  • Experience building integrations with external APIs/partners across geographies.
  • Track record of leading small teams and scaling early-stage systems.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity, take ownership, and ship fast.
