Cyber Security Specialist

Our organization is a leading firm in the Identity and Access Management (IAM) space, with a strong presence globally.

We are seeking highly skilled professionals to join our powerful IAM team, working on solid projects with opportunities to expand into other areas of IAM.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in deploying and implementing Privileged Identity Management using CyberArk solution for large-scale customers across various industry verticals.

  • Deploy and implement Privileged Identity Management using CyberArk solution for large-scale customers across various industry verticals.
  • Play an active role in project execution and demonstrate strong technical leadership.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of CyberArk's privileged account security suite – versions 7.x, 8.x, 9.x, and 10.x.
  • Utilize CyberArk PACLI to automate tasks related to user and safe management.
  • Capture detailed requirements for the CyberArk solution based on input from platform owners, eco-system owners, target architecture, and high-level requirements.
  • Design and Architecture of the overall CyberArk implementation.
  • Perform compliance checks on CyberArk for IT security safes and provide alerts and reports appropriately.
  • Investigate, provide RCA, and resolve Incidents.
  • Open to travel as required for deployment at customer sites.
  • Be a strong team player.
  • Advanced knowledge of Windows/VMware administration.
  • Advanced knowledge of Windows Cluster Server.
  • Strong grasp of network design, application/infrastructure security concepts, techniques, technologies, and tools.
  • Experience working in on/offshore environments and delivering quality outcomes.
  • Customer service background – able to empathize with customers and own issues raised to resolution.
  • Lead team contributions to queries requiring technical specialist input.
