Job Title: Identity Management Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Identity Management Specialist with operational expertise to support, maintain, and enhance our Identity and Access Management (IAM) platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Resolve complex issues, implement minor enhancements, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the IAM platform.
  • Develop, modify, and maintain identity management workflows, rules, and connectors.
  • Monitor IAM platform performance, perform routine health checks, and collaborate with teams for escalations and problem resolution.
  • Support user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews.
  • Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and fixes.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience with identity management development and operations.
  • Proficiency in Java, Beanshell, XML, and identity management APIs.
  • Experience in IAM operations, including incident, change, and problem management.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Knowledge of IT security and compliance best practices.
