Responsibilities:
- Develop creative and visually appealing designs for a wide range of marketing materials, including digital assets, print collateral, social media graphics, advertisements, and presentations.
- Maintain and enforce brand guidelines to ensure consistency in all design work, ensuring that our brand identity is communicated effectively.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to understand project objectives and deliver designs that align with the company's goals and messaging.
- Use design to tell compelling stories, conveying complex ideas and messages in a simple and engaging manner.
- Bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table, pushing the envelope in terms of design concepts while considering the target audience and market trends.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred.
- 2-4 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, CorelDRAW).
- Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills, and design skills.
