Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Design Associate to join our team. This role offers a blend of graphic design, merchandise design, and branding responsibilities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Create product mockups, prototypes, and illustrations for merchandise and marketing collaterals.
- Incorporate market trends and consumer insights into new merchandise collections.
- Produce and refine high-quality graphics and illustrations for digital and offline use.
- Collaborate with Merchandise and Marketing teams on artwork, branding, and event-related designs.
- Take complete ownership of end-to-end expo and event design execution.
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual communication.
- Organize and manage design files for efficient storage and retrieval.
- Stay updated on latest design tools, practices, and creative trends to enhance outputs.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Design (NIFT graduates preferred).
- 3–6 years of experience in merchandise, branding, or graphic design.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and other design tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and diverse design work.
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for aesthetics and branding.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work across teams.
