
Training and Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Learning Experience Leader to join our team.
A successful candidate will play a crucial role in creating and maintaining a positive, professional, and high-energy learning environment. They will be responsible for designing, delivering, and continually enhancing training and development programs that align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and Deliver Comprehensive Training Programs: Create engaging, impactful, and innovative training experiences that meet the needs of learners.
- Facilitate Foundation Skills and Product-Specific Training: Ensure alignment with enterprise needs and facilitate effective learning transfer.
- Create Curriculum and Assessments: Develop curriculum, assessments, and training materials for end-users, partners, and internal teams.
- Deliver Technical and Non-Technical Training: Provide technical and non-technical training across general preparatory and campaign-specific courses.
- Develop Induction and Onboarding Programs: Create effective induction and onboarding programs for new hires.
- Evaluate and Revise Training Materials: Continuously evaluate and revise training materials to meet evolving business and operational needs.
- Maintain Training Documentation: Act as a subject matter expert (SME) and maintain all training documentation and course content.
- Experience in Corporate Training: 1–2 years of relevant experience in corporate training, facilitation, or education.
- Facilitation and Presentation Skills: Strong facilitation and presentation skills; able to effectively lead classroom and virtual training.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Content Creation: Demonstrated ability to create engaging content and deliver impactful learning experiences.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal, mentoring, and conflict management skills.
- Creativity and Motivation: High energy with a dynamic and motivational training style.
- Adaptability and Resilience: Adaptable and resilient in fast-paced environments.
- Influence and Behavior Change: A natural influencer who can inspire and drive behavior change.
