Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned accounting professional to oversee the management of our financial transactions. As a senior accounting manager, you will be responsible for supervising and mentoring a team of accounting staff to ensure timely and accurate recording of financial data.

In this role, you will also be responsible for preparing and reviewing financial reports, as well as assisting in audits and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

To be successful in this position, you will need to possess strong leadership and communication skills, as well as expertise in full-cycle accounting and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and mentor accounting staff to ensure deadline adherence and high-quality work.
  • Manage accurate and timely recording of financial transactions in our general ledger system.
  • Oversee account reconciliations and internal control enhancements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Assist in audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Accounting Manager (CAM) qualification.
  • Big 4 experience preferred; insurance sector exposure is a plus.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Expertise in full-cycle accounting, financial analysis, and reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
