Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Compensation Specialist to lead and support Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation implementations. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver optimized solutions, ensuring effective collaboration and real business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct requirement workshops and map business processes to identify as-is vs. to-be processes.
  • Design and build functional design documents, enhancements, reports, and integrations.
  • Configure scenarios and manage both small and large teams effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8-12 years of Oracle HCM Cloud Functional experience.
  • Deep expertise in Compensation (Functional SME level) with a strong understanding of business processes and compensation summary.
  • Proven experience in full-cycle implementation projects.
