About this role:

We're seeking a skilled professional to join our workforce solutions team. As a Supervisor – Operations & Analytics, you'll be responsible for developing and executing reporting and analytic needs, process documentation, and audit responsibilities across our contingent workforce program.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact on our business. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders to develop dashboards and data sets to track KPIs, SLAs, or employee/vendor audiences using Power BI or similar tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop analytics to inform business decisions
  • Create user guides and training materials to support process improvement
  • Execute internal audit activities to ensure compliance and quality
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop vendor QBR reporting and quarterly/annual cost savings processes
  • Provide financial summaries and conduct year-end accrual accounting activities for VMS invoicing

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in Contingent Workforce Programs or Managed Service Providers
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Process-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
