This role is an excellent opportunity to join our team and contribute to delivering high-quality implementations of HighRadius Cloud products for Fortune 2000 clients.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for owning and executing end-to-end client implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction. This position offers high visibility with regular client interaction as the main Point of Contact during Build, Testing, and Hypercare phases of Highradius Product Implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out comprehensive client implementation of HighRadius Cloud products across the globe.
  • Develop and execute SQL scripts for data gathering and configuration.
  • Drive project execution through various phases including Requirement Gathering, Design, Configuration, Testing, Cutover, Go-live, and Hyper-care.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and manage them effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Product Management, Engineering, Technical teams, & QA to deploy projects with agreed KPIs.
  • Test end-to-end Process flows, provide hands-on end-user journey training, and validate value outcomes.
  • Keep Delivery Managers and/or Program Directors informed of any potential risks related to Project Implementation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of professional services experience.
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree (preferably from a top-reputed university).
  • Strong understanding of SDLC processes and Functional Consulting experience.
  • Excellent communication, Analytical, problem-solving, presentation, Organizational, and Collaboration skills.
  • Experience working with international clients/projects, BA, Domain Knowledge, Team player.
  • Order-to-Cash (O2C) related business process experience is a plus.
