About this Role:

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Technical Analyst – Identity Governance. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing custom workflows, administering identity and access management solutions, and implementing role-based access control.

This is a remote role, based in India. The working hours are from 7am to 3pm EST. Virtual interviews will be conducted for this position.

Key Responsibilities

o Onboard applications onto the identity governance system

o Interact with application owners, understand their systems, and explain integration processes and goals

o Gather relevant information for the entire IAM process within the application

o Coordinate, test, and validate custom development required by the app team for integration

o Work with internal engineers to build integrations according to governance best practices and application requirements

o Coordinate and assist app teams during user acceptance testing

o Maintain and report accurate statuses for onboarded applications

o Work with multiple application teams simultaneously

Qualifications and Skills

• 7-9 years of experience as part of IGA development teams as an engineer or analyst

• Experience in developing custom workflows for LCM/JLM provisioning

• Administration, implementation, and support of SailPoint-based identity and access management solutions

• Experience with RBAC analysis and implementation

• Launching certification campaigns and following up on remediation processes to ensure timely completion

• Development or work with forms, identity triggers, quick links, rules, email templates

• Creation of custom reports for specific and general purposes

• Creation of rules such as build maps, correlation, identity creation, default password assignment

• Work on life cycle management like joiner events, leaver events, and manager transfer events

• Onboarding various applications into the IGA system, including JDBC applications, delimited file applications, logical applications, and active directory and LDAP applications

Bonus Points

If you have experience with any of the following, it's a definite plus: working with source and target applications for attributes, updated identity mapping, and launching certification campaigns.
