Job Overview

The role of Senior Auditor encompasses conducting and assisting with audits, reviews, and compilations for clients across various sectors under US GAAP and US GAAS. Key responsibilities include preparing and analyzing financial statements, evaluating internal controls, and coordinating daily audit activities.

  • Perform complex audits and assist with reviews and compilations
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements to evaluate internal controls
  • Coordinate the day-to-day duties of planning, fieldwork, and wrap-up
  • Maintain a deep understanding of accounting and reporting standards generally accepted in the United States
  • Independently research and apply US GAAP & US GAAS knowledge as required
  • Develop realistic time budgets and coordinate audit requests to meet tight deadlines
  • Train and supervise junior staff while fostering a strong team environment
  • Contribute to client satisfaction through positive interactions with client personnel

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • CPA (or in process) or CA with 3-5 years of experience in public accounting or auditing
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including responsiveness to global teams
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities are essential
  • Industry exposure: NFP and/or General Commercial Audit
  • Demonstrated leadership and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team
