We are seeking a talented BIM Manager to be part of our team. As a BIM Manager, you will be responsible for setting up project teams and managing BIM model collaboration. You will also develop and maintain BIM templates, libraries, and families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure model quality, accuracy, and technology implementation.
  • Prepare BIM execution plans and attend coordination meetings.
  • Monitor progress and control production, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Generate project reports and maintain up-to-date BIM standards.

Requirements:

  • 10-12 Years of experience in the respected field (Architectural/Mechanical/Electrical).
  • Excellent skills in Autodesk Revit, BIM 360, Navisworks, AutoCAD & other related Software.
  • Must have Experience in handling GCC projects.

We are also seeking a BIM Coordinator to join our team. As a BIM Coordinator, you will act as the main BIM contact and manage model coordination. You will also train new users and maintain updated knowledge of BIM standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review models, conduct clash detection, and manage revisions.
  • Ensure model accuracy, generate BIM deliverables, and troubleshoot issues.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and support BIM-related questions.

Requirements:

  • 7-10 Years of experience in the respected field (Architectural/Mechanical/Electrical).
  • Excellent skills in Autodesk Revit, BIM 360, Navisworks, AutoCAD & other related Software.
  • Must have Experience in handling GCC projects.

We are looking for a BIM Lead to lead our BIM team. As a BIM Lead, you will oversee model management, coordination, and quality control. You will also conduct coordination meetings and resolve design-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the BIM team, including engineers, modelers, and CAD draftsmen.
  • Ensure alignment between design engineers and the onsite team.
  • Monitor productivity and attend client progress meetings.

Requirements:

  • More than 5-7 Years of experience in the respected field (Architectural/Mechanical/Electrical).
  • Excellent skills in AutoCAD Revit, BIM 360, Navisworks, AutoCAD & other related Software.
  • Must have Experience in handling GCC projects.

We are seeking a Senior BIM Engineer to join our team. As a Senior BIM Engineer, you will lead the modeling team and manage the BIM model updates. You will also coordinate design decisions with project specifications and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create detailed construction drawings and ensure system knowledge.
  • Ensure quality control of models and attend project meetings.
  • Stay updated with the latest BIM software and technologies.

Requirements:

  • More than 3-5 Years of experience in the respected field (Architectural/Mechanical/Electrical).
  • Excellent skills in AutoCAD Revit, BIM 360, AutoCAD & other related Software.
  • Must have Experience in handling GCC projects.

We are looking for a BIM Modeler and Coordinator to join our team. As a BIM Modeler and Coordinator, you will create 3D models and detailed construction drawings using Revit. You will also perform clash detection, family creation, and service coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure model updates and assist with BIM-related queries.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and the design team.
  • Perform quality checks on models and generate project reports.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 Years of experience in the respected field (Architectural/Mechanical/Electrical).
  • Must be proficient in Autodesk Revit, as well as 2D CAD and 3D modeling, Shop Drawing preparation/Detailing of Drawings, etc.
  • Must have Experience in handling GCC projects.
