About the Role

The BigCjobs is seeking an experienced sales manager to lead its residential sales division. As a strategic thinker, you will be responsible for driving business growth, leading a high-performing team, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership & Business Growth: Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy to drive sales revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Sales & Marketing: Drive sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets, work closely with the marketing team to design effective campaigns, and monitor market trends to ensure a competitive edge.
  • Operations, Project Management & Government Liaising: Oversee project execution, ensure timely completion, quality standards, and cost efficiency, and establish relationships with government authorities to ensure smooth approvals and compliance.
  • Timely Recovery & Financial Management: Ensure timely recovery of outstanding payments from customers and work closely with finance and legal teams to address payment delays or disputes.
  • Customer Experience & Relationship Management: Ensure a superior customer experience from inquiry to post-sales service, build strong relationships with key stakeholders, and address customer grievances.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and motivate the residential business team to achieve performance goals, foster a high-performance culture, and attract, develop, and retain top talent.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in residential real estate, with a proven track record in leadership roles.
  • Strong understanding of real estate markets, sales strategies, regulatory frameworks, and government liaising.
  • Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities.
