Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube) for top-performing D2C brands.
  • Conduct thorough research on target audiences, competitors, and growth opportunities.
  • Optimize campaigns daily - from bids and budgets to creatives and targeting.
  • Analyze key performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC) and deliver actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with the team to test new ideas, creatives, and strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new ad formats, and Google platform updates.
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of hands-on experience running Google Ads campaigns.
  • Essential: Solid understanding of Google Ads for D2C brands.
  • Strong grasp of performance marketing metrics and optimization levers.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into action.
  • Attention to detail, curiosity, and eagerness to learn.
  • Bonus: Experience with Meta Ads or certifications in Google Ads.
