Job Title: Interior Project Coordinator

The role of an interior project coordinator is to act as a liaison between clients, vendors, and the internal team. This ensures smooth execution and communication throughout the project lifecycle.

This position requires exceptional organizational skills, strong client relationships, and a deep understanding of project processes in the interior execution field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and review project quotes, BOQs, and budgets.
  • Monitor design changes and update documentation accordingly.
  • Cultivate relationships with clients for approvals, progress updates, and clarifications.
  • Maintain all project-related files and documentation.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for major clients, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Collaborate with vendors and suppliers for settlements post-project completion.
  • Analyze project budgets to ensure costs remain within approved limits.
  • Assist in final billing and closure of project accounts.
  • Support project managers and executives with administrative or coordination requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience in interior execution, project coordination, or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of AutoCAD drawings, site measurements, and BOQs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including fluency in English.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Bachelor's degree/diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Project Management preferred.
