Job Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Manual Tester to join our team.

  • Analyzing product requirements is crucial in defining acceptance criteria, identifying key features and functionalities.
  • The ideal candidate will design, create, and maintain reusable test scripts to ensure efficient testing.
  • Manual testing with attention to detail and thoroughness is essential for the role.
  • We review Test Plans with Product Management and Development teams to ensure alignment and understanding.
  • Providing estimates on Test resources and effort supports prioritization and planning.
  • Documenting and tracking software defects and inconsistencies using bug tracking tools like JIRA is vital.
  • A minimum of 1 year experience in quality assurance or a related field is required.
  • Working closely with engineers ensures timely resolution of issues and effective communication.
  • Participating as a testing resource when required is an integral part of all releases.
  • Assisting with constantly reviewing and evolving processes improves efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate should have a desire to gain experience testing and learn new skills.
  • Experience in developing automated test scripts using Selenium and a successful track record for QA involvement throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) is desired.
  • Practical knowledge and experience with both AGILE and Waterfall development methodologies and a fast-paced development-driven environment are necessary.
