Job Title: AI Visionary

We seek a visionary Ai Architect to spearhead the design and development of innovative AI solutions.

  • Solution Architecture: Lead the creation of scalable GenAI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs) and advanced conversational AI frameworks.
  • Model Development: Fine-tune LLMs and Sequence Learning Models (SLMs) utilizing techniques like Progressive Early Fusion Training (PEFT), LoRA, and Quantized LoRA for domain-specific use cases.
  • Open-Source Frameworks: Develop GenAI applications leveraging tools like Hugging Face, LangChain, LangGraph, and AutoGen.
  • GCP Expertise: Design and deploy AI solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services such as Vertex AI, BigQuery, AI Platform, and Cloud Functions.
  • Integration and Deployment: Integrate generative AI models into enterprise systems and applications.
  • Coding and Development: Write clean, maintainable Python code for GenAI applications.
  • Data Preprocessing: Build and maintain data pipelines for training and fine-tuning models.
  • Model Evaluation: Evaluate model performance using relevant metrics and benchmarks; iterate to improve outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD: In Computer Science, AI, Electrical Engineering, or Applied Mathematics.
  • Expertise: 15–18 years of experience in software architecture and AI/ML systems.
  • Cloud Platforms: Strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Microsoft Azure, and Amazon Web Services (AWS).
  • Programming Skills: Proficiency in Python, with deep knowledge of ML/DL frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow.
  • Familiarity: Familiarity with MLOps platforms and workflows (MLFlow, Kubeflow, Airflow).
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive innovation.
