Job Title: Forensic Manager

 

The role of a Forensic Manager involves leading and managing forensic investigations to identify fraud risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. As a senior professional in this field, you will be responsible for examining financial documents to identify fraudulent activities and creating reports of findings.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Examine financial documents to identify fraudulent activities within an organization
  • Investigate complex financial transactions and create detailed reports on findings
  • Perform audits of financial transactions and account details to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Prepare thorough reports on audit findings and propose solutions to management or relevant authorities
  • Conduct interviews with individuals to gather information and understand the context of specific transactions
  • Collaborate with legal teams to prepare for court proceedings and provide expert testimony as required
  • Develop and implement forensic audit programs and control systems
  • Stay updated with the latest auditing techniques and methods, as well as relevant legal changes and updates
  • Ensure ethical conduct and protect sensitive and confidential information at all times

 

Requirements:

  • Work experience in FCPA Compliance, Internal Controls, and Forensics
  • Experience in fraud risk management
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
